We’re in Bohol, Philippines and as I photograph and explore the island I wanted to walk you through some of the common myths about travel photographers.
Obviously, there are lots of travel photography stereotypes. People seem to think that being a travel photographer is a constant vacation for trust fund kids. But, the realities on the ground are far different. So, I thought that since this is a travel photography channel it was really important to guide you through the realities.
I mean, the whole reason I started this travel photography vlog in the first place was to give the behind the scene look into the life of a travel photographer.
So, I hope you enjoy this video.

Susan’s in-depth knowledge of digital technologies and her multimedia skills keep her at the cutting edge of visual storytelling. Born and raised in Indiana, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the Pacific Northwest College of Art and hasn’t set her camera down since.
